Information you share
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and the details you provide. You may also choose to share a phone number, origin and destination. Please do not include passport, payment or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you and discuss the services you are interested in. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or a service agreement.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in this website’s WordPress database and may be emailed to our designated team. Our hosting and email providers may process this information to deliver those services. Access to the enquiry inbox in WordPress is restricted to site administrators.
Retention
Website enquiry records are automatically scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Records held in email or separately as part of an ongoing business relationship have their own retention arrangements. Deletion of website records depends on the hosting server running scheduled WordPress tasks.
Cookies and form recovery
The enquiry form temporarily saves an unfinished draft in your browser tab’s session storage to help prevent lost work on an unreliable connection. A draft expires after 30 minutes and is cleared after successful submission. Consent is not saved with the draft. WordPress may also use cookies when an administrator signs in.
Your requests
You can ask about the information you have shared, or request its correction or deletion, through our contact form. Include the email address used for the original enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
